The room we got was bigger than I expected, there was even a sofa. Laundry and microwave available at the common area. The staff was very helpful to our queries. It's in a quiet area, but also not too far from the main road (road 58). A Lawson's right beside it, and a nice restaurant serving delicious food (ゆきの) behind it.

Quiet, quick walk to nice beach & park area, some restaurants and lawson (small supermarket) around. Clean and room was OK. Staff friendly and helped to organize rental car (although English was a bit of a barrier)

It was comfortable and we had a view of the sea. The buffet breakfast was lovely if you don't mind traditional Japanese breakfast. Location was perfect for us. Town was in walkable distance and beach very close across the road. Some really good restaurants near. The room and bathroom is very spacious. Good value for money. We liked Nago.

The hotel is not the newest, but it's very well kept. I liked the size of the room and how clean it was kept. Staff was always polite and helpful. Beach is 5 minutes walk. I was able to watch baseball matches from the balcony :) food was good. Bus terminal is also 5 minutes away. City center with bars and restaurants is a bit far, it'd take around 15-20 minutes walking, but I don't think it's a problem - we've spent most of the time on the beach sand in the nearby park.

The room was nice and very clean. We had a problem with our aircondition when we got there and the staff was fast in helping us. The rest of the staff were very accommodating. There was a luggage service in the hotel, which was very convenient. The staff even filled in the form for us. The breakfast was superb! The location is great as well.

My room had semi circular balcony facing the 21st century forest beach with unblocked view of sunrise and sunset. Room size is quite spacious.

Good location - close to the main bus terminal which makes getting there easy. A few nice little restaurants nearby which was great. Close to a beach where you can swim and has a massive convenience store next to it.

- clean, quiet, comfortable - friendly, helpful staff - wifi excellent - location close to bus terminal and beach - every day bottled water supplied - the best of Nago was the ‘Lucky Lanka’ restaurant, food was so delicious, the very best I’ve had during 2 weeks on Okinawa

The location is very good as it is near the bus terminal and the beach. There is also a convenience store next to the building. I got a room which the view of the beach can be seen easily. As a muslim, I really appreciate they provided me with the halal menu but you need to make reservation beforehand first before your stay.

Really good hotel! The people at the reception were really nice and helpful. The bus station is 5 min away and there is a beach right next to it. Everything was clean. I was really happy with the hotel. The restaurant has also a very nice buffet.
